Aheeva CCS Version 5.0 is now available

Aheeva is happy to announce the release of the new version 5.0. The great novelty is Virtual On Hold which is a mechanism that allows a calling customer to avoid waiting on the phone for an available agent. Instead, the system will offer the customer the possibility to hang up the call and replace its call in the queue with a virtual call, thus not losing his turn. When the virtual call reaches the top of the queue, the customer will receive a call and immediately get connected to an agent. New License Manager: Increased flexibility in the management of multiple licenses.
